About the Role
As a Senior Nurse in our General Medical &Surgical Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care, leading adedicated team of healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
· Clinical Excellence: Deliver and overseehigh-quality, evidence-based care.
· Leadership: Mentor and guide juniornurses, fostering professional growth.
· Patient Advocacy: Ensure every patient’svoice is heard in their care journey.
· Quality Improvement: Contribute toaudits, training programmes, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
· Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN)with a valid license in Nigeria; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
· Experience: 5+ years in medical-surgicalnursing and leadership roles.
· Attributes: Excellent communication,leadership, and organisational skills.
